Frequently Asked Questions

Will you normally do pre-orders?

No, we are doing pre-orders for our initial launch, due to having some issues with our equipment. This is preventing us from having product ready to have in your hands right now. We do plan to have pre-orders for the calendars that we’re planning on producing.

What is the difference between a DVD and a Blu-Ray?

A Blu-Ray is hi-definition video on the disc, and requires a Blu-Ray player to be played. A DVD is standard definition video, and may be played in either a DVD player or a Blu-Ray player.

How much do your products cost?

We have a page with our basic pricing options, available by clicking here. DVDs 88 minutes or shorter are $20, longer than 88 minutes are $25. Add $5 for high-definition Blu-Ray.

What do you have available for beginners?

As of right now, we have nothing for people just getting into the hobby. We do plan on doing 25-minute “beginners” videos, teaching the viewer about certain aspects of the railroads.

What do you have for the east coast?

As of right now, our videos feature western and midwestern subjects, though our Hauling People: 2016 Passenger trains video does feature Norfolk & Western J-class steam engine #611. If you’re looking to learn more about western lines, visit our train videos! We plan on making trips to the east to shoot popular lines in the future.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally, and have yet to hear a negative complaint from any of our past international orders.
