We offer a full refund within 60 days of your date of purchase. We’d love to know what went wrong and how we can improve, so please include details about the reason for your refund request if you reach out to us directly.
To request a full refund, go to our CONTACT page, and include the following in your subject line:
- “Refund Request: Order #____”
We also offer a full, 1-year warranty on all of our videos! If a video won’t play in your device, CONTACT us with the following in your subject line:
- “Video Doesn’t Work: Order #____”
We test all of our videos on multiple devices before shipping, so we hope this doesn’t happen, but it occasionally does. We will pay for you to return it, then send another copy of the video upon receiving the faulty copy.
Be sure to put your order number in the subject line so we can easily find your invoice. We will be sure to accommodate your request as soon as we can.
Our payment process will make every attempt to process the refund as quickly as possible. Your financial institution can take several days for the refund to reflect in your bank account/card.
